The point is that every scene with no reliabale narrator-character (that's Battler) could be falsehood. About half of Eva's scenes in EP3 is falsehood since she and Hideyoshi (could have) murdered someone. Of course, every murder can be explained with Yasu - btw Battler was shot by a hidden Yasu.
Even non-culprits/accomplices aren't reliable.
It was perfectly explained by meta Battler in EP5. The reader wouldn't see the world through god's eyes so every thing can be questioned.

Ange is the narrator of her journey in EP4. Meta-Ange was only there because Battler would have given his best.

The big hint is the sweet fish, which literally translate to Ayu in Japanese. A little research and you'll find that Ayu is an introduced species in Taiwan. Also, since sweet fish is not really that rare in Japan, I'm pretty sure they have some knowledge about it's origin.

It's not so easy.
Again, she learned of the fact on the same day she sent the message bottles. You can't very easily remove a character (who has a role, lines, interaction with other characters, and probably even some impact - be it directly or indirectly) from a story in just a couple of hours.

Even if you're the greatest writer that's ever existed, removing a character wouldn't merely require you to edit the story, but to actually rewrite several portions of it, and depending on the impact the character had, you might have to rewrite everything.

Thus, why it's implausible she would have been able to remove Ange from the stories.

How important Ange would have been is debatable, as she would definitely have been around Battler and/or Maria, both of whom are very important characters.
Removing any character would have meant she should have had to reread the stories, find all the passages the characters were in, rewrite those parts (and the parts that were affected by those parts) and then make sure there are no inconsistencies.
Also, Yasu wasn't using a word editor or even a typewriter, she had to write everything by hand.

What about Aurora? Also, who really was the Endless witch Beatrice, was she also just a figment of Battler's imagination.
