That's stupid and wrong. Vampirism of this form is caused by True Ancestors, but it's a result of being corrupted by an incredibly more powerful being. They don't absorb anything of the Crimson Moon. They just leech a bit of power by having True Ancestor blood injected into them and changing considerably.

Roa hasn't returned to Akasha. He's basically jumped from host to host, avoiding his inevitable disintegration and reclamation by death. He's anti-Akasha. He's eternal so long as he keeps incorporating himself in another host.

The blood is only one part of it. If you are bitten by a True Ancestor and receive some of their blood, your body and spirit are corrupted entirely by it. Even if you somehow managed to change bodies, the spirit that moved would still eventually turn that body into a vampiric existence because the soul itself is rewritten.

Think of Zouken. No matter what he did, the body turned into a wrinkled old prune because the spirit's existence was of an old, rotting man. His spirit was breaking down, so the body reflected it.

A note: Fabro Rowan's form of vampirism is markedly different from True Ancestor vampirism. There is the matter and energy that belongs to Gaia and the matter and energy that goes under the Moon. As the Earth does not have it's being, it's thought that Alaya is the being of the Earth, the true hivemind.
True Ancestor is purely the being of the Moon. Beings of the Moon have the ability to turn Gaian beings to similiar to themselves. Going by that Joan de Arc was a vampire in Nasuverse(or so I heard), it is possible to enter Akasha after being vampirized, thus a Dead Apostle is the being of both worlds. But he was once an Gaian being and was transformed in that by fusing with the Moon matter, which is an ability true Ancestors seem to have.
Following that logic. You have to put the Moon energy or matter inside an Gaian being to turn him Dead Apostle. Roa, being dead, doesn't have any means to do that. Thus, it should be possible to force his SOUL onto someone through magic, but not physically recomposing his body as he just does not have the blood anymore.

At least that's what I meant by that.

Of course, this may be intended. It may mean Akasha actually lets in everyone who is Gaian but does not destroy the Moonishness of him. Who was a vampire stays a vampire. Thus, Alaya is less Gaian. Thus, it's being slowly isolated from it.

True Ancestors are beings of Gaia. They're not "of the moon," as they count as spirits of nature. They were modeled on the Crimson Moon, but are still dissimilar from him. The Crimson Moon was the only true denizen of the Moon. Arcueid is the closest to that original existence, but still imperfect as a host.

About the rest: you are insane. Joan of Arc was not a vampire. Bluebeard would've mentioned that. Humans being corrupted is a result of True Ancestors, but there's not "exchange" of moon material. True Ancestors corrupt humanity naturally, because of their imperfection shared with the original Crimson Moon.

As was explained, Roa loops outside of Akasha, and it's his spirit that corrupts the body.

Actually, the 2 ceremonies before the corruption were just done wrong.
The first was incomplete (not all the Servants were dead by the 3 weeks or so, and the Grail shut down).
The second was a glitch (MULTIPLE SABERS WTF), and was in the wrong location anyway.
The third was LET'S SUMMON SATAN LOL but was also in the wrong location.
Fourth was the first proper war, but was already corrupted and was STILL in the wrong location.
Fifth has one error (SERVANTS SUMMONING SERVANTS), but is the only one that will actually access the Root. Too bad it's still corrupted.
