I can't play on NA since it's impossible for me to fight properly due to the one sec delay. The latency in JP servers is much better but there are occasional lag spikes.

I play on the NA servers just fine bro, even on the weekends. A little lag spike here and there is annoying but at most it just causes monsters to spawn late, not to get me killed.

Only time delay actually has any effect is when playing as an archer or if you SUCK TOTAL FUCKING ASS, you happen to be the latter.

You're an idiot. You did not consider the possibility that I don't live in NA and thus I'm playing the game through a proxy. I enjoy playing the game and being able to read Nao's lines in English. However, even with a 2 handed-sword on my level 10 loli, I can't even kill a coyote most of the time just because I couldn't get a defend or counterattack skill up in time before the damn beast ran towards me.

Back when I played Mabinogi on the NA servers it was nigh-impossible to properly play due to all the lag and input delays it had. I learned to cope and avoid some but even with my fast reflexes and experience it still made me die, a lot.
I'm from Europe and was forced to play through a proxy though, haven't bothered ever since.
