Hey /jp/.
I just recently finished two of the routes on Fate Stay/Night, and I'm now hooked on VNs. I picked up Tsukihime, and while the story isn't quite as engaging just yet (Fine, I'll help you, stupid bitch...) I'm enjoying that as well.

I tried to get Ever17, but the torrent is SLOW AS FUCK.

Any suggestions for a fledgling Visual Novel fan? Any help for a Direct Download site or a really good torrent tracker for this stuff? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, Umineko is totally /d/. Who would play chess with things that don't exist?

Fucking hell. This is even more of a bitch to install than Tsukihime was, goddam.

Don't tell me you visit /jp/ and don't have japanese support files, applocale and shit like that.

I managed Fate Stay/night and Tsukihime without such things. This is entirely unexpected and outside my understanding. I'm brand freaking new to the scene, don't tell me you didn't make the same mistake at least once...

/r/ higher res..

also you have lots of time before you finish FSN and tsukihime so you can let it download in the meantime..

>>2591296
you can run FSN without Applocale with patch.. dunno about tsukihime, but I think somehow too..

Isobuster, but yea. Type-Moon is very easy to pirate, actually. Ironic, because the translators always beg you not to.

>> No.2591329

Personally I liked the story better in Tsukihime but the cast better in FSN. Not comparing graphics and soundtrack because that's just not fair (what was Tsukihime's budget anyway?).

>> No.2591331

go finish the third route in FS/N, it's arguably the best of the three

Yeah, I'm just a little stuck.

Didn't help that I had to start over halfway thru UBW. Fucking hell, it pulled an awesomeface and deleted all my shit.

Tsukihime was, like, done in a basement when Type-Moon wasn't even really a company per se.

As for budget, it's likely it was all done without such a thing in mind.
