It's mostly because she got sort of shafted on her route. Your character doesn't get to interact with her as much as with the other girls. You probably had more interactions with Misha being herself than with Emi.

I can see how one would think this way. Emi at least has an amusing relationship with Rin and makes jokes about her own moe super powers. Hanako's just a lot of stuttering and glancing away. Not that stuttering and glancing away isn't moe, but it's closer to the moe blob archetype.

Emi is the complete opposite of Hisao.

He has legs, she doesn't .
She is in good health, he isn't.
She has a good attitude, Hisao is still moping around (with good reason).

I'm going to follow this route and see if there's a bad end where Hisao drops dead from following Emi around.

Does Emi wear her running legs ALL THE TIME? What about indoors? I would think she would wear normal day-to-day prosthesis indoors so she could wear indoor shoes and not scuff up the place with her running legs.

I found myself really liking Emi's theme, though I'm not sure how well it fits her character.
On the other hand, Lilly's theme fits her perfectly, but is overall really a sort of generic Ojou-character theme.

Rin's theme fit her perfectly, felt unique, and was instantly recognizable. Overall best music in the game.
