Although Shizune is the girl with the route, because of her condition, Misha winds up doing all the talking, which means most of the scenes involving Shizune feel more like conversations with Misha than with Shizune.

And Shizune's personality clearly rubs off on Misha. There are times when Misha seems quite thick, usually with regard to her volume, and there are other times when she is extremely sharp, like how she handles Hisao's asking about inviting Hanako to their group, and quickly recognizing when Hisao's condition is holding him back from being too active at the festival, even when he hasn't told her or Shizune what his condition actually is. It just clicks in her head almost instantly, and instead of badgering him about it, she moves right on to the next activity in an attempt to take his mind off it.
