Realistically, no, ZUN generally tries to avoid bringing back anyone for the games as bosses in order to keep things fresh with exploring new sources to base characters and their danmaku off of, going off the assumption that you can only make "so much danmaku for one character", and the closest you can really get to Mima returning is another character having homages to her patterns, much like Shinki and Byakuren.
