Using anti-youkai weapon is probably not the best choice. You can accidental kill week youkai like her too early. On the other hand, youkais can take a lot of physical damge, but still feel the pain. So, conventional torture would be the best: burn her stomach and chest with hot iron stick, maybe combine with rack, to let her recover the damage and repeat again and again.
