I know I must be sorely out of phase and you guys must've discussed every ever so tiny aspect of KS while I was paying no attention at all, but since I got around to download the demo only today I figured I would post a standalone thread considering there doesn't seem to be any other in sight.
So, basically, I'm just finished going through all of the chapters in Act 1 in one go, and when it is all said and done it looks like it really has all it takes to turn out to be a good VN after all, but this is bejond the point of this thread.

Pleasantries asides, what I was wondering is if the Kenji ending is really supposed to be the only one available in the preview. If so, it must be the most baffingly anticlimatic note to end it with, damn...
On a side note, I also think I have to be (for glaringly obvious reasons) the only person that had his socks knocked off upon finding out the game comes with an Italian script too.
I already knew that the staff were taking great pains to make their creation as accessible to any kind of audience as possible, nevertheless they still managed to surprise me.
Even so, translated script seems to leave a lot to be desired.
It might be far from reading like something ran through Babelfish, but it's replete with every kind of awkwardly constructed sentence.
Are the guys dealing with the translations even natives?

Why do you even bother futilely complaining about the threads? This happens with every single new translated (well, in this surprising case it's not a translated game) VN. There will be a flood of threads for a few days, then it peters out which is already happening, then within a week everyone will have practically forgotten it ever existed.

Honestly I've played only a small part of the game in Italian before switching back to English, and on and off to boot, so I can't really weigh the overall quality of the translation, but to put it down in a few words the problem is the same English natives translating from Japanese are guilty of: the script looks more like a word-by-word transcription than an actual translation accounting for different uses of expletives and idiomatic expressions.
This screen from the beginning of the game says it all. While "attacco di cuore" is how one would translate "heart attack" verbatim from English, it sounds extremely unnatural as "infarto" is correct term.
