Help me, /jp/. Somehow my high resolution picture of Saber from a downward angle is missing.

I think my HD is playing tricks on me, I know that I didn't delete it and I spent 30 minutes trying to track it down.

What the hell is this shit?

I got one of those once. Can't remember which picture, though.

Well, you CAN put a virus in an image file. Something about overrunning the buffer so the virus' code spills over and overwrites the cached opcode from the image viewing program, a trick made possible by storing data and opcodes in the same locations (past the L1 cache)...

...or maybe I'm remembering all of that wrong.

Shut the fuck up, you're not a real programmer and you never read SICP.

It is possible. It involves splitting an image into two slightly larger images, finding where they overlap, erasing the code, replacing with a virus or something... I forget. The explanation actually was an image file, but I didn't save it...

>> No.2533482

Only works if the image viewing application is a piece of shit and doesn't do basic bounds checking.

/jp/ = Tech

So I'm thinking about deleting norton security 2004 (out of date) and downloading NOD32 (whatever its called) to replace it.

Is is it the best anti-virus program, or greatest?
