Are witches and warlocks the only one's able to summon demonic furniture? They obviously separate themselves from normal magi who usually can only make small animal familiars. Is it in terms of their power or experience, or is it a totally different style of spell craft?

Kinzo is a magician, and he made Kanon and Shannon by himself (Genji with the help of a demon).
It's basically just a really difficult to make familiar, so lesser magicians don't have furniture.

Beatrice summoned Solomon's furnitures just fine. Though, witches dont really care about linear time so it may be that she contracted Solomon as well.
