i have a JP dictionary and JP-E dictionary in yomichan. i'd like to add a show hidden button for one dictionary entry but not the other. i dont know shit about html or json, but from what i can tell i think i'd have to create 2 corresponding meaning fields on the card template and insert the HTML for the button in that card template for one of those meaning fields in anki; then separate {glossary-brief} in the handlebar template in yomichan so that i can put definition entry 1 into meaning1 and definition entry 2 into meaning 2. am i on the right track here?

What do you listen to for passive immersion?

I have a little issue when creating anki cards from anime,when I want to copy-paste sentences from my subs on animebook into anki the style gets copied too so they appear black on the card (and since the background is black they can't be seen) I tried changing the color of the text from the browser window to white but then it dissapears from the text box (because the background is white).

These are my styling settings,I don't know much about CSS,there's some way to force all text appearing on the sentence field to be white regardless of any other style applied?

I'm 11 months in and last month i read the first VN that i actually enjoyed and it didn't feel like I was learning and not having fun. I did RTK which boosts kanji recognition and reduces kanji anxiety to 0 and after I did full core 10k which boosts your passive vocab and intuitive understanding of grammar like crazy(as in i've never seen a grammar that would stumble me even for a moment after that)! So nowadays I can read VN's for 5+ hours cause it's finally fun and I read faster than they pronounce the lines! Usually at the end still end up with 50-60 new words to add to anki but thats expected(but usually most of those words and just kana and on jisho it says "usually written in kana alone" cause they are super rare so kanji isnt an issue there)! And some words you see for the first time, like, say 極熱 and you're like "how do i read this, ごくねつ or きょくねつ, i should check jisho, but do I really care? whatever, I understand what it means, skip"! TLDR: you can do it in a year for sure, probably you can do it a lot faster if you know what you are doing, for example I found rtk 3 months in and i wish i knew about it day 1 !

in april 2019 i became part of the erogamer club when i started reading nanatuiro drops.
