Trash against Komachi. She lacks a proper graze attack, and her bullets have very low priority, so against Komachi's wisps, there's absolutely nothing she can do, since she can never take away the momentum from Komachi. In SWR, momentum (arguably) tends to last only until somebody gets a knockdown, and then it pretty much goes back to neutral(because of huuuge techrolls and wakeup graze), unless you're Sakuya/Alice/Komachi. That in mind, Youmu pretty much grazes all day and ends up killing herself trying to get a hit in. This is assuming that Komachi doesn't go headlong trying beat Youmu at her own game.

Still not a proper graze attack, it's a DP that happens to graze. Besides, it takes ten hours for her to recover from it. If her 66B or 66C grazed, it'd be a lot less tragic for her.
