Silent Hill 2 wasn't too bad. Not so much scary but entertaining

Clock Tower was fun.

I was going to put Alone in the Dark here as it is by far the best Survival Horror game, but it is horribly aged and not Japanese.

Seconded on Fatal Frame, that shit will make you cry.

Sient Hill 2 wasn't scary at all, but it had great characters/story and some wonderful music. SH1 has less developed characters/story, but as a game it was a hell of a lot scarier. SH3 was fun but I don't remember much about it though.

Also you go play Shadow Hearts 1; it's the best horror console RPG in existence. It's almost like if Silent Hill were an RPG during some parts.
