Long and short of it was suit mismanagement caused Tama to leave after what was essentially bullying by them, and become reincarnated as an independent? and ironically blowing past Tama in half the time. Notably, Siro and Bacharu took her side pretty heavily and essentially told her to say what she was going to say against the suits if memory serves right. As a result it killed Bacharu and stunted all of their viewerships as a result of various different examples like that and the 声優の盾 causing a big fuss.
