TA is better for offline & learning, Textractor is better for online & hooking.
TA supports ATLAS (including dictionary look-ups and custom dictionaries) & LEC (for quick translation), TAHelper (for post-processing and cleaning up text hooked from RPGs for example).
Textractor supports more game engines than other hookers (especially Unity), but is very cumbersome for anything other than text hooking and doesn't work well with TAHelper.

My combo of choice is ITHVNR+TA(+ATLAS+LEC+MeCab)+TAHelper, although sometimes AGTH is required to filter out repetition in the hooked text (when ITHVNR fails to do that).
I don't use online translation at all, with some grammar knowledge and occassional ATLAS look-up MeCab is enough for me.

Falsemyth was my favourite game of 2019. It's fantastic and, to me at least, the quality never dropped off and my only regret upon reaching the end of the game is that there wasn't more of it.
