No, Youmu accidentally fell off the front porch when she was a child. This wouldn't have been that big a deal, but you have to remember that the front porch in this case is several thousand feet above the ground. Luckily, her dad managed to catch her before she pancaked, but the experience scared her half to death.

Youmu born out of Youki giving Yuyuko a pityfuck sounds so adorable, but sadly it won't be plausible as far as canon goes. I mean its kind of cruel that a daughter not be told that her mistress is actually her mother, and her identity is kept secret so that she wouldn't be spoiled.

I think it's more like a family curse than a family trait. The Konpakus are to born cursed as half-dead, regardless of whether they were conceived from a human or a half-ghost mother. It must be some sort of 'collateral damage' from Yuyuko's powers or something.

Besides I don't think ghosts can be fucked and made pregnant anyway.
