Since Nasu has stated that "modern" humans have a difficult time being considered heroes as conflicts affecting the entire world have become commonplace, I'd say Hitler has very little chance of being summoned as a Servant.

Hitler is an anti-hero in the eyes of the Nasuverse, much like Avenger, Hassan, and Emiya. Thus, yes, since there's so much crazy occult shit built up around him, he'd probably get summoned with quite a lot of bullshit, including a panzer and the Lance of Longinus.

There's ways you could do it.

Nazi Germany was fascinated with the occult, as was Hitler. They had men constantly searching for holy artifacts such as the grail. Maybe Hitler as a Caster with some form of occult magic with a special tie to the Holy Grail?

Just because they can fight with relatively modern weapons doesn't mean they can fight well with them. Considering the rule of swords taking priority over every other weapon, the more sophisticated the weapon the weaker it becomes, Saber and every other servant would deflect their bullets and slice right through tanks.

I think a somewhat better weapon for Hitlerservant, instead of machineguns, would be to give him a ton of poisonous and corrosive gas grenades, smokebombs, and a flamethrower.
