Hololive and Nijisanji both have two types of auditions, character auditions, which are open for a certain period, and permanent auditions.
Hololive's requirement for both are
-can continue streaming for a year or more
-can stream three or more times a week
-has a record of streaming games, singing, drawing etc.
-is 18 years old or older
In the application for the permanent audition, you have to link an URL of a 5-minute video where you pretend to be character from a series of your choosing. You can also use an original character. (There are no character auditions open now, so couldn't check if the same applies there.)

Nijisanji's permanent auditions are for those that have experience.
The requirements for character auditions and permanent auditions are
-can continue activities
-can do activities on several days a week
-can participate in an interview in the city
When applying for permanent auditions, you have to choose if you want to make use of your experience in streaming, streaming games, singing, or creative activities. You have to link an URL of a 10-minute video (doesn't specify what kind).

The last character auditions for Nijisanji also had auditions for bilibili where the requirements were
-can continue activities
-is on a conversational level in both Chinese and Japanese
-can participate in an interview in the city

tl;dr Hololive requires previous experience regardless of audition type, Nijisanji requires experience for permanent audition applicants but not character audition applicants.

Voice quality is low, audio is average, the texts notifications use cheap sounds and have horrible timing with the pace of her video, and it seems that she's slowly just accepting or switching to become just a complete display toy, if not worse.
