I assume regeneration for vampires, too. On the subject of ghosts and wights, there is a complication. I think that becoming un-solid would be as easy as...flinching. Even after taking a blow or wound, keeping the mark itself would seem to be cosmetic. Being able to automatically control the shape and form of the body would make regeneration difficult to suppress for them. But that is just my opinion.
