Depending on how hard is your ona, this might or not work, I was in a similar situation and this is what I did. Also I don't really reccomend it because it takes a while to get used, and if you do end up liking it you might end up using it a lot, and I'm not sure if it's healthy, but it worked for me and made my life easier during that time.
