This is second hand information I'm going from, but I am implying there are no living TAs in Fate worlds. In Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files Materials, there's apparently a timeline given for Fate worlds.

One of the events listed in that timeline is in 300-500AD, Gransurg Blackmore accepts death to follow Crimson Moon.

Given that Crimson Moon dies in all timelines, but Gransurg doesn't, I'm under the implication that Crimson Moon has no chance of revival in Fate worlds. Since his revival is reliant on True Ancestors, that leads me to believe that there are no True Ancestors left alive in Fate.

There's no explicit confirmation from what I know of, it's all just assumptions on my part.

Three things first she wasn't really being an asshole. Second the staff didn't have it out for romani and da Vinci from the start the staff thought Krisch was just going to replace Olga (plus they felt the need to compare he to her father and Krisch) so they were being difficult.
Third it's not like we ever saw Romani interact with the staff in the game.
