I want to see a Fate/Imperishable Night where Rinnosuke is the main character and he summons Youmu or some shit, and Tohsaka is replaced by Reimu because they're both poor/important. Cirno would make a pretty excellent Taiga, too.

The strongest servant is Sakura's Avenger. He would destroy the entire world by even coming into this world. There is simply no contest.
The second and third strongest servants are Archer and Gilgamesh. They can both use any kind of weapon they want, and could just steal Saber like Caster did in UBW if they wanted. I can't say for sure which of the two is stronger; Archer can create more weapons than Gilgamesh, but Gilgamesh doesn't tire/destroy his body by producing weapons. On the other hand, Archer has better combat skills.

After those three, you can discuss the non-overpowered characters.

Rin screwed up while summoning Archer, which caused Archer to be all confused and stuff. He couldn't use all of his power because he barely even remembered who he was, let alone what kind of weapons he'd seen during his lifetime.
Despite that, he managed to kill Berserker six times, except he didn't know about Berserker's God Hand ability, so he was probably like 'wtf he's immortal' and had a huge disadvantage because of that.
