9Breaker here. I use a Logitech G15 v2 keyboard to play meltan. Though I have a Dreamcast Agetec stick modded to work for the PS2 which I use with a converter thingny.. I really suck hard with it, period. Tips be appreciated if anyone has any to share lulz. :(

After the airthrow? That's 2C 2C. You can cancel the second 2C into other moves on hit/block, but hitting with the first 2C pushes you too far back to use it. So you have to time the second 2C to hit right as they're getting up.
You can cancel it into air moves like jC or 236B, or into ground moves like 2A.
