OP here: really wasn't trolling, just making conversation. /jp/'s one of the fairly low key boards, since pretty much all we do are talk about the Nasuverse, Touhou, and idols. So unlike /a/, /b/, or /v/, not EVERY post is trolling.

Fate sucked to me since I watched the anime beforehand like most. I pretty much knew all that would happen, so it wasn't too fun. That being said, I loved both HF and UBW, so going through Fate was worth it.

Well it is universally agreed that UBW is the most memeable anyway (pic related and awesome). I personally agree it's the best, but I've heard people argue for HF too.

Fav: UBW (and its True ending). I like the two leads (Rin and Shirou) in this arc, and there are various awesome moments. The True End feels a bit more romantic than the Good End--was always rather neutral about Saber--so I prefer True.

Dislike: HF (and its True ending). Sakura's pathetic, so I can't really get into this arc. Shirou strays from his noble aspirations but is still kinda awesome. I prefer Normal End or Sparks Liner High End since the tragedy feels more appropriate. Also: MIND OF STEEL END.

Fuck all of you, i think Fate is the best. Granted on the first play through i was a bit meh but once you really know the extent of how mindfucked Shirou actually is, Fate becomes much better. Also i though it was the most romantic, and I am a sucker for melancholic romance. Last Episode in RN also gave us the best ending possible. Plus Saber is my favourite out of the 3 main women, so Fate FTW.

Fate and UBW were both really good, Fate was kind of necessary as a introduction though. Heaven's feel had some good points and developed a lot of the character's who you didn't see a lot of in the other routes but I didn't think it was quite as enjoyable with all the random chaos that seemed to happen.

All of them were good though

UBW: Archer made a great protagonist. It was refreshing to see a Servant use his brain instead of "ARRGG MY NOBLE PHANTASM!"

Not to mention Lancer.

Damn, if I didn't love Archer because of the Anime, Lancer would be my favorite character.

Pissing of Lancer more than ANY other character in F/SN.

I could never really get into HF that much. With Fate and UBW I pretty much played nonstop until the end, but HF took me about two weeks of on and off playing to finish.

Fate was awesome for the 3-way and "pissed off ex-boyfriend" feeling I got when Gil showed up and beat the shit out of Shirou.

UBW was awesome for copious amounts of Archer, Archer vs. Shirou, and Shirou vs. Gilgamesh.

HF was good because of the huge ass'd Tohsaka wet dream, Kotomine, and Rider (more Rider would've really brought up my personal enjoyment).

They were all good, but if I had to choose I'd say UBW was the exceptional one and HF was the weakest of the three.

Anyone else feel like F/SN would've been better off with 7 different routes

Fake assassin: I finally realize I have a harem! and take full advantage while being a hero of sorts.

Fate was great at getting you acquainted with everything, and had a pretty alright story.

UBW was fun and awesome and kung-fu Rin.

HF should have been the best, but the execution was terrible. I blame it on the cooking scenes. Last three days were fantastic though.

I would have to say UBW is the best experience I've ever had with a VN. The battle with at the end Gilgamesh was the highlight of it for me.

Enjoyed Fate the most when playing it because of lack of spoilers.

Now I think I'd say my favourite is UBW, though.
