It's a non issue. The lilith is a little harder to dry i guess but not enough to matter. You squeeze/shake out what you can, then dry it with a lint-free cloth or dry stick. Check for moisture, repeat drying if needed. That procedure is the same regardless of if you get the lilith or venus. There's no practical difference in maintenance... I picked up the Puni Virgin Excite on a whim. It's a bigger, tighter and more stimulating Puni Virgin mini.
