Speaking of, doesn't /jp/ and /a/ have completely conflicting opinions of the Higurashi anime?

/a/ loved the first season and hated the second, and /jp/ hates the first and loved the second.

Haven't discussed it since the split. There are only a couple of shows worth following at any given time and every western anime community I know of is full of human filth. Pre-split /a/ was good because there was enough solid off-topic material to keep it interesting between worthwhile anime threads.

/a/ is fun to read and see how they react to ongoing Anime. It's a fun read, although I rarely join the discussions. I have a few select friends that I discuss Anime with, but I haven't discussed it in a while.
