Akiha was most emotional, but I couldn't feel the 'romance' of it. After her, Arcueid True was the most moving.

Fate route was a little awkward at first, admittedly. However, replaying it the after finishing UBW and HF really shows the emotional integrity of Shirou's passion and desire, and the emotions behind his love. That, and Last Episode was just fucking awesome.
