I really hated how bullshit that specific ending was. Like, I was genuinely livid the writers wouldn't let me actually have the bittersweet ending payoff they were obviously setting up.

The only logical conclusion after Yuzuriha first loses her shit and almost kills some of the students at school when they're bullying the protagonist, would've been for her to unleash her powers again at the very end and kill the actual main villain of her route. It was a real life or death situation, and the villain in question definitely did not deserve any mercy or pity. Plus, Yuzuriha and the protagonist were already escaping together, planning to live somewhere far away from civilization. But noooo, let's have a complete asspull ending where the other heroines secretly tailed them ALL ALONG so they could save the day, and the non-character queen actually also meant well for her even if it makes zero fucking sense considering later true route revelations. I'm not asking for an utter downer ending, but at least something, anything more nuanced than what that shitshow was. I will never stop being mad.

There definitely exists one, at least that's how I played it. Full voice acting with CGs, H-scenes and original Japanese text intact, though H-scenes themselves are obviously unvoiced. It's probably the one on nyaa with the [TLWiki]_YU-NO_Japanese_vpatch_v1.00.exe and the relevant voice files, like the other anon said. You have to apply it to the エルフ大人の缶詰 bundle version of the game. I can't for the life of me remember if there was different shit you also had to install and tamper with or not.

To be fair, the voice actors don't matter much. As long as they have the technical skill, all depends on how they record it. The biggest quality differences of voice acting happens because of the voice direction. And Yuzusoft is generally putting a lot of care into that. It's one of the things that makes them stand out, which I don't see mentioned much. Maybe because people don't realize that.

There's a massive difference between voice acting, where actors are forced onto roles because they are popular and nobody cares about the delivery of lines in specific ways, and works where the voice actors are heavily looked at to be compatible with the characters they represent. The most extreme of the latter would be, that the actors are casted way before the story is completely written, so their personalities and the likes can be taken into account.

Considering how their 1st venture into an all ages title went I doubt many people do
