It seems like progress with the Remake has been happening haphazardly during all this time.
Ultimately since that project was a mobage, it meant Nasu had to consistently keep up with it, putting everything else on hold.

Heavens Feel functions as a subversion of the events from the previous routes (Fate and UBW). Characters die with little fanfare early on, stuff like Shirou’s relationship with Archer are glossed over, and you barely spend enough time with Saber to care about her. Assuming it will really happen, we first need to define if it will be a Near side or Far side.
That is important because they both focus on different things, being Near something more of a world scale matter (vampires) and Far being more of a local scale matter (Shiki personal life).
The thing is, Sacchin is linked to both and she could have a plot relating to being a problem in a bigger scale or just be a tragic love story with Shiki.

A bit bias since I did it like this my first time around, but Ciel seems to be the weakest link and her route reveals less (making the routes feel like you're revealing more and more about the story, sorta like how FSN did it). Plus her route is shorter (or at least feels that way). No way tied to how I like her as a character, personal Arc fanboy.

Ok, some threads before there were some who said that "TsukiRe will be released on 2020" and the majority of us just ridiculed and said that it would be impossible and I believe most of us understood that FGO would need to end in other to Nasu to finish focus.
However, we got a little piece of evidence that the thing is actually on a testing phase which means that, worst case, the VN is more than half complete.
In conclusion, that means we can expect Tsukihime Remake to be at least teased or announced at some near time. Of course, this could also mean that Nasu will just make everything a secret and work on it after part2 anyway.
Even knowing this, let's make an "optimistic exercice": When do you think the next TsukiRe update will be? Will it be a Teaser (no screens), a Preview (with screens), a Demo or some random event on FGO? Will it be on a next TM ace or TM site/TM fes?

Just read it yourself. It mixes all the crucial information from the other routes (which, without this knowledge, some things in the Arc route go unexplained) and does this splendidly, unlike all the other attempts. It's just the Arc route, but better. Oh, and plus for Roa actually using his powers properly and having lightning shit.

The Arc route was written the way it was because things were supposed to not make sense, since the more you played the other routes the more was revealed. FSN kinda works like this too.

The manga, on the other hand, had limited space and wouldn't be able to make separate adaptations of all the routes. It basically did what Deen/stay night did, but it succeeded and improved on the source (maybe its because the source was much more suited for it, IDK).
