Don't know what supps are best for lecithin. I just use zinc picolinate powder for the zinc. I tend to dose a little higher than most sometimes, but that has worked okay for my body without recognizable side-effects, and I don't do it all the time. I don't suggest going over 250mg on a frequent basis, but 200mg of the powder should be fully tolerable for most men (which equates to something like 42mg of elemental zinc).

I don't think a better power supply is going to fix your problem. The fact you're running it at a quarter of the amperage it needs and still burning your holes mean that if you increased the amperage, you'd just heat them up harder. I think you just bought a turd, which is what all these heater things are. You can try coating it in lube first to try and avoid hotspots burning a hole in your onaholes, but it's probably not going to make much difference.

If you're going to get into supplementation and want to have more control and save money, start buying bulk powders of your supplements and measure with a GEM20 milligram scale. It may sound difficult, but the TLDR is:
1. Do quick net search for bioavailability of different versions of supplement. Choose the best or best bang/buck.

You could but the design of the cone and the holes at the bottom affect how easy it is to brew coffee. The Hario v60 uses a conical design which means it's much more sensitive and difficult to get a consistently good brew whilst the Kalita uses a flat base for an easier brew. As detailed in my earlier posts, I took my daily supplementation of zinc picolinate. The upper tolerable limit of zinc is about 40mg elemental in general. I typically take 200mg+ (which is 42mg elemental). I have taken 250mg, and took 300mg a few times including last night. I wouldn't recommend dosing so high frequently, but it's okay on a fairly infrequent basis to increase it based on your needs. I also took somewhere around 5g of ascorbic acid in tablet form. I'd prefer powders, but they worked fine. My breakfast was largely comprised of eggs and various cheese products, along with some sauerkraut and honey-fermented garlic I both made over a month ago.

List of what I took (but don't necessarily recommend):

>450mg magnesium glycinate (Can go higher, I'm just experimenting with lower doses. Listed dose recommendation is 2,200mg, equalling 401mg elemental magnesium).
>100mg pyridoxine hydrochloride

>5g ascorbic acid in tablets
>5mg melatonin in capsule form (only used when resetting my sleep clock. Rather high dose, only using because it's what I have readily available). Prefer lower doses with sublinguals.

I also took a few CBD products. Somewhere over 40mg of CBD I'd expect, with some other cannabinoids and herbs on the side due to consuming full-spectrum products. You can dose lower and get very good benefits to sleep and cognition. I'm just trying various different products, and have been doing so for a while now. I haven't recorded any hard data for these trials like I have for some nootropics, but it's been interesting seeing how the different products have worked on my body over time.

Food consumed:

>Full-fat butter for pan
>One portion of feta cheese
>One cup of cottage cheese
>Inconsequential portions of spices, sauces, etc.

It looks like a huge list when written like this, but the total caloric value for the day isn't very high, nor are the costs of the foods. I'm still a novice, but I can provide some advice and/or video links if anyone is interested in fermenting their own foods. I've found it's been effective for my gut/digestive health, and is enjoyable to witness transform over time. I ought to take a picture of my kombucha now and see the comparison to the past (the scoby is huge).

Fats/oils aren't necessarily bad. In fact, for losing weight, higher fat and protein diets are preferable to ones with a lot of carbohydrates because they spike your insulin less and don't make you as hungry. If you want to lose weight, try eating less carbohydrates and have fewer meals (even if you keep the portions similar). You'll feel less hungry and be less enticed to eat. I can find some useful videos for you if you want to learn more.

Typically, the easiest way is to take the amount suggested on the label and slowly increase your dose each time. Say a pill is 5mg, and the recommended dose is 10mg. Try two 5mg pills, then try three 5mg pills the next time you use it and so on. If you get any negative symptoms, just reduce the dosage next time.

Zinc picolinate is zinc bonded with picolinic acid as a carrier for better absorption.
Magnesium glycinate is magnesium bonded with glycine as a carrier for better absorption.
L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 is the amino acid citrulline bonded with malic acid (again, for better absorption) in a 2-to-1 ratio. So, 33g of the substance would be 22g citrulline, and 11g malic acid.
Pyridoxine is Vitamin B6.
Cholecalciferol is Vitamin D3.
Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C.
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by your body in response to shifts towards night. It's involved in sleep regulation. Do not take it regularly/daily, only when trying to adjust a sleep cycle.

The reason I clarified what forms of vitamins I was using is because the carrier for absorption changes how much of the substance can actually be consumed and used by the body. For example, zinc oxide is not as good as zinc picolinate or zinc orotate. So, I specify out of habit and preference.

If you're ever not sure about what kind to get, just do a quick net search for different forms of a supplement you want to get. You could search "types of magnesium" if you wanted to learn about magnesium supplements really quickly, as an example.
