Well, I can't help you either. I didn't touch the files, they never got re-compressed, simply uploaded (except the stuff I encoded which none of the ones complained about having tagging issues are). I've tried downloading some of the files that were said to have tagging issues, still worked fine. I can't fix the tags and re-upload them because they work.
