hada description was more or less accurate; i think the actual sensation leans more towards "second skin" than "warm and soft" in reality. If you're not moving around then you can sort-of forget you're wearing the hada. If you do move around (rubbing yourself, feeling the cloth rub against cloth) then it's pretty stimulating; you really do feel like a cloth doll.

It can vary a lot depending on the mask. Mine basically makes me farsighted. If I were to sit at my computer desk I would have a really hard time seeing anything on the screen.

well yeah, the vision usually is literally slits or slit with mesh over them, either in the masks's eyes themselves or right over them (more common).

It's not as bad as it looks in an image if the slits are well-aligned with your own eyes, since they'll be up super close and give you a surprisingly wide field of view. If they aren't well-aligned then it's a lot worse.
