Still not the kind of hatred that would give Mokou the sudden urge to attack Eientei on some random day for no reason. Mokou already got all the immediate rage out of her system after killing Kaguya for 300 years. Their rivalry is always two-sided and if Kaguya decided to just give up and leave Mokou alone for good, I don’t think Mokou wouldn’t care enough to retaliate on a person not bothering her. Still have that seething grudge, but no more dates where they go out and kill each other for 300 years. Besides, the two are basically neighbors and it’s incredibly easy for Mokou to kill Kaguya in her sleep every day but she doesn’t give a damn anymore.

Worst case scenario, could always complain to Keine about Mokou disrupting the peace for no reason and making life harder for everyone at Eientei.

Do you? A BAiJR article shows they're not completely mindless when fighting, stopping after a 'cigarette' starts a forest fire. A CiLR chapter shows her fearing the possibility of Kaguya going back and leaving her as the only immortal. Her IN dialogue does imply anger, but not on the level of murderous, torturous rage.
Also she more or less works as a guide for Eientei. Bit silly to think she would burn the place down each time.
