There's so much Touhou art that it's easy to get lost in the crowd. Who are your favorite artists and why do they stand out to you?
Here are a few of mine.

usahori: Uses smaller color palettes to great effect and a decent animator to boot. OP pic is by him.
mashimashi: Exclusively works with black ink. Great attention to detail with line weight and crosshatching.
nekurodayo: Love the way he draws eyes with sharp angles and small pupils. His Marisa is one of my favorites.

I absolutley love Imizus sharp facial features, makes the characters look fierce and dangerous. Very attractive.
He also draws very nice musculature, he is a big part of the reason I love Yuugi and Meiling so much

I really like guys who draw 2hu's in a unique way, or give them at least some flair to their character. Guys like setz, rin_falcon, kawayabug, miwol, namauni, and toutenkou.

Draws every 2hu, including the less popular ones, with watercolor. The characters are drawn looking really round and soft, and the coloring is good.
