Pretty much no VN has a really good OST that you don't get sick of, because they have commonly only 10-20 tracks where some tracks get barely used and 5 get repeated endlessly. I'm also spoiled by Gust in general.

Aqua has one of the better OSTs though. Nothing to listen to after the game, but it works good as BGM for what it is. It also has enough tracks. It does not have any really outstanding songs, but I feel that's not what an OST is necessarily about. No Tenmon, but if you want Tenmon, you'd just go there anyway.

All of those soundtracks are unique in their own way and create a special atmosphere that really pull you in. Now that's just silly. Tokihate is better than Mori Dreamers. It's much better paced. If it weren't for the pacing issues of Mori Dreamers, and all but one route being crap, they'd be on roughly the same level. Kure just can't into moege esque stuff. Tokihate heavily minimizes that, which is a great thing.

Mori Dreamers also doesn't have that one "interesting" heroine. In fact, the actual heroines of the game could be swapped with other characters easily, so little importance do they have to the main story. The characters of the shinsengumi undergo some changes between 武士の鼓動 and MIBURO, even though 武士の鼓動 canonically happens in MIBURO so they really shouldn't. It's possible that even if you don't like one (or do) in 武士の鼓動 that you might like them (or not) in MIBURO. I, personally, didn't like Hijikata in MIBURO however, and she's also essentially the main heroine of the game. I had large issues with MIBURO in general, in fact.

In 46+1 the gimmick is the main character redoes the same time period over and over, succeeding and failing at different times, and exploring different characters each loop. In MIBURO, it's a linear story. Characters who don't get explored, do not ever get explored. Characters who get killed off for historical accuracy stay dead. Since there's no loop narrative and they strictly keep to the historical timeline, that means the majority of the total cast, and if you know your 幕末 well enough you can predict the entire game. Oh sure there's a couple of 'what if' endings with some of the girls but they are all unsatisfying, and then the true ending of the game is insulting. Wouldn't recommend MIBURO, even though I liked 武士の鼓動 and it's basically the tie in game for MIBURO. Hopefully their next game is more like 46+1.
