Black Lilith Games, Starless, and while old as sin, the Nukige pastebin does have list of translated games you can check out.
Translation will still always be the exception and not the norm, so you either get learning or muddle though machine assistance. For every game translated, there will dozens that come out and aren't. Not to mention translated games are almost never same day release as native.
