If you want to see this kind of concept crystalized, read Kanishino. In Takehaya's side the each route has 1 h-scene on average and they're fairly tasteful. For visual novels? Youkoso! Sukebe Elf no Mori, Tinkle Bell's stuff, and Erogos' stuff.
Outside of visual novels? DLSite is full of good stuff like Succubus Prison, Clymenia's games, Nightmare School, or of course Monmusu Quest, and that's just cheap RPGMaker stuff. Beyond RPGMaker there are groups like JSK or Onion Tail that have mediocre art but good content to make up for it.
The problem with MG is that all their nukige is the most safe bland shit imaginable with mediocre art to match, there's nothing to be interested in, and they also won't touch any nukige with gameplay elements for some reason. Euphoria was a step away from that in focusing on extreme content but unfortunately not the sort of content I want since I don't care for literal shit.

Hey, I played a fan-translated VN a couple of years ago and recently wanted to play it again. However, I unfortunately deleted the game and also forgot its name.

The story was something like people being confined in a multi-storey building having to kill each other to get out. The MC protects a girl who later turns out to be pretty crazy, fucks her (lots of sex scences if I remember correctly) and eventually escapes with her to have a family.
After finishing it for the first time, you can play it again and the girl dies right in the beginning.

That's more on sekai though. They're selling a plot focused VN that's an eroge with mosaics, they have almost no market to appeal to with that. Plotfags don't want it cause it's a censored eroge and they only like uncensored or originally all-ages titles and moefiends don't want it cause it's plot heavy. You don't even get the pity buys for the original art assets because there's still mosaics.
