I’d give Sakuya a B at worst since she works for Remimi. Given Remimi’s statements, I wouldn’t put it past her to say Sakuyun is good at it, to Remimi at least.
I imagine it wouldn’t be bad since she puts her all into everything she does.
Also, given her statement about cooking -“cooking requires delicacy after all.” Would lead me to believe she has skills in many fields which would earn her the title of ‘The Perfect and Elegant Maid’.

Marisa I would agree on since she really isn’t all that girlish but Flan is so so. If you don’t know her well, yeah, it’ll be scary as shit, but even if you do know her, you’ll be scared as shit since she ‘tends to break her toys’ in combination to her ability if you get to know that much about her.
So long as she doesn’t feel the impulse to crush your ‘eye’ at a moments notice then everything should be alright.
