Unless they are undead or already immortal, no. Their lifespans just "link", effectively adding them both together for both. Monster girls can live for a long ass time, like demons can be 1000+ years old. But they do eventually die, eventually.
Now, MGE has more than a few ways to become immortal or expand your life span indefinitely. In a harem all members lifespans are added together, so you just need another member to a harem every now and again and suddenly, BOOM, never gonna die.
