A strange comparison but Tenshi is a good friend

It also has to do with theme songs. I love Wonderful Heaven, but Necrofantasia is just too good. So I have to say Yukari wins that one.

The chicken and jellyfish look fine you tasteless nigger. Kutaka's mainly analogous coloration for example is both aesthetically appealing and a clear indicative of what animal she's based off of. And Eika's design isn't exactly anything special, but it's nothing unappealing like say, Nemuno.

The jellyfish is boring and generic at best, the chicken is OK but nothing special. The cow in the other hand makes me want to puke, look at that piss-colored outfit, Cruella Devil hair, trashy shoes and ugly, insulting cow vest (as if the viewer was too dumb to realize what she's supposed to be). And the stone baby, which is part of the mythology but also happens to be a real medical condition only makes her more vomit-inducing.

You were implying the entire cast was "repulsive". Anyway, not all of ZUN's character designs were aces. Back in the day if he was running low on ideas he would borrow previously existing character designs. These days now that his franchise is more well-known, he comes up with questionable characters like Urumi instead.
