Just blasted past E4H with my girls turning a daytime D-rank into a nighttime boss kill, but barely. Now on to farming for Fletcher, will probably start E5 on Monday or Tuesday.
Although, on the 12th supposedly a Haruna FF is coming right? Wonder if thats good enough for S-ranks and whether I should defer E4 farming.

Simple,use Hyuuga/Ise and modfods.I went with fighter/recon/ap shell/rosa k2 in each one,node support and all lbas to V.Finished it in 2 sorties.

Some quick things I would recommend:
Use more USN ships if you have any, mainly in escort fleet, replacing Hiei/Kirishima if you can. If you don't have Sammy or Johnston, CLTs will probably be more useful than either of those two.
Give Sara CVCI and move Saiun to a lower plane slot. If you need more fighter power, just replace one or both of Ise's bombers. Ideally you should be shooting for at least AP on the air raid at S.
Both Ise and Hyuuga have low FP compared to other BBs, so I would recommend cutting one if you have a better BB to spare. If you keep both, I would swap out Hyuuga's Zuiun in the 11 slot. It's likely getting mostly shot down before the boss, and a regular seaplane would give you higher DA/cut-in chance.
I'm not sure how much trouble subs are giving you on Easy, but you might try dropping the OASW. Ideally, using a USN DD will let you take out the sub easily with only a single SONAR equipped.
