If you're that desperate, prove it. Stop being a NEET. Study Japanese. Get a job, go to college, get educated, become an English teacher or apply for some corporate position. Japan has plenty of megacorps which need representatives from different countries so that they can expand their markets. You can do anything if you exercise your radical freedom. The only thing stopping you is your mindset.

If you're persuasive and know your stuff well enough, you could get hired. What's important is to stay motivated. If you REALLY want to move to Japan, get off your ass right now and start studying Japanese. There are plenty of online resources. Apply for a job to get you some money to get through college and apply for scholarships. If not (which probably not, you're probably just another loser weeaboo who doesn't follow through with anything), keep sitting there eating some chips and put on the next episode of your favorite flavor-of-the-month seasonal anime.

They'll deport you if you overstay your welcome without Japanese citizenship. Forget applying for Japanese NEETbux in Japan. Japan has a pretty choosy immigration system, they sure as hell aren't letting a NEET in except as a tourist.
>Also I don't watch anime
I was trying to make some sort of generalizing reverse psychology belittling you to motivate you.

I went there last year. After coming home everything felt stale.
The girls are cute, the people are nice, the railways are convenient, and the food is great.

I have a college and a good corporate job but I will never afford making in to Japan because I live in a third world country. A McDonalds employee from a first world county has vastly better chances

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-05-21/expat-pay-packages-are-bigger-and-better-in-japan-eca-survey

>The average expatriate pay package provided by companies in Japan to mid-level employees is $386,451 a year, eclipsing what’s on offer anywhere else in the region, according to a report by consultancy ECA International. Japan also saw the biggest increase in expat package values last year, thanks to a stronger yen and steeper housing costs, said Lee Quane, a regional director at the firm.
