Then it probably is cause my PC is kinda poopy and can't properly playback the video on loop at that quality, the problem seemed to dissapear when I exported it at lower quality. I'll just pretend there isn't a problem

tried fixing it but that entailed moving the picture while zooming the picture so if you feel a slight rocking movement, it doesn't exist it's in your head
