I've never read a VS before but it seems like fun. Which one should I start with?

>> No.2123107

"/jp/ - Easily Trolled", a story about a young Brit of Grecian origin.

Video stream, I think.

Start out with youtube. It's pretty big and they raised the resolution capability by a bit recently.

Uncreative? Thinking they'll fit in better? Same person? Who knows.

Why do people like to start threads using the same OP pictures other people have used in the past?

Upon coming of age both of his parents mysteriously die on their way to pay yearly tribute to the ruling nobles, leaving what little they possess and their home with him.
Our unknown hero, bent on revenge like anyone who smolders with generic rage does, swears to hack his parents' killers from breastbone to hip when he finds them, and sets out to retrace their steps.
He is led to a mysterious grey castle that just so happens to be directly in his path. Deciding that the only path is straight through, he enters and finds himself in the middle of a furious brawl, a crowd of people arguing, shouting at the top of their lungs, kicking, beating, screaming and cursing each other, presided over by a queen all in white and her personal guard of troll-headed creatures prone to slapping each other on the asses, cool stories, and calling each other 'bro'.
Our hero attracts the attention of the white queen, who manages to infuriate him within ten minutes of exchanging words. Convinced that the queen is utterly mad, our hero is almost about to leave until the slaughter of his parents are mentioned. Hilarity, wacky adventures, and good ends follow, with a secret Reimu's Armpit route if you choose to follow the Mad Queen to Gensokyo.

I'm pretty sure it was women who killed his parents. It explained his social anxiety towards them (which caused some pretty funny scenes).

All in all, a first-rate VS.

It's a competition. Some day, every thread will start with the same image, and /jp/ will become a text board.

"Anonymous...."

Yukari's gentle smile is changing.

Her face is contorting itself into a most horrible smirk, dripping with contempt, mocking, deriding me.
It inspires such rage within me that I can feel my blood boiling in my veins, and as I watch her grin grows wider and wider, while I grow madder and madder.
I can't stand it, but I can't tear my gaze away from her sneering face.

"...Problem, Anonymous?"

The words leave my mouth before I can even think.

"GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE."
