I also got too excited about all those plats and mixed up my story again, here's how it really went: log in and roll TP ticket, got new lifelinker. Keep Tsu because she's a rare construction-only 5*, Gujo-Hachiman has a rare active that increases attack speed in an area and has high compatibility with people who like turtling/killholing/hey-apparently-Japan-calls-it-badger-holing-that's-cool to spread-out setups, post-Kai Yamato-Koriyama has great lockdown potential thanks to the double whammy of attack speed up + slowdown up. Odani, Yamanaka, Heiyou and Sunpu are cheap deploys due to their lack of actives, Sunpu in particular is a good cookie-cutter archer if you don't have anyone better. Iwamura and Hagi have +block actives if you hate shields for some reason, Marksburg is a passable shield if you're okay with them (then again, no reason not to raise Warwick instead). Oko is pretty good since static attack buffs trump percentiles in Shiropro, Kiyosu has a unique gimmick kit that could be fun to play with.

Disclaimer: I'm not actually experienced with Shiropro and this is mostly regurgitating what I've read from the wiki. My overall impression is that 5* for patching up holes in your class/terrain distribution, e.g. I deploy Shigisan and Nijo because I don't have better gunners/cannons, and keep some 5* mountain/plain castles because all my rare castles are hill type. Only exceptions are girls like Iwadonoyama, Usuki (token with "everything in range is a valkyrie" ability) and Arioka (ranger traps with no deploy limit) that are useful in many situations.

Pretty much. You get to keep one outfit, so if you happen to get another, it'll ask which one you want to keep. Rolls reset at noon. The amounts listed under the prizes is gems given based on how many times you roll.
Then there's 300 gems given if you finish the tutorial for Idol Wars or Phantom Greed (ded). Then bonus gems if you were foolish enough to spend DMM points in either.

We're also getting more background about the sages: Dain seems to be the magitech specialist to Kirk's inventor, having designed the pest seals, while Eda is... some kind of record keeper/shrine maiden, since the Lily Wood megapest is apparently a corrupted god, like how the regular pests are beneficial bugs that went berserk? Laeva is puppeteering the aqua shadows, Phos is the dedicated main character but doesn't have much information about her, and Bergamot/Kodaibana sages are currently not revealed (as far as I know, which is not very far). FKG has next to no gameplay and is predominantly story-based, so unless you like watching your team grow (which you can do through like eight different systems, but you can ignore them and stomp over everything anyway) you're better off elsewhere. The DMM version does give you an absurd number of rolls, though, so it's a good side game to passively login and roll. The count was something like 70 gacha rolls/month on average, plus tickets.

Give Shiropro a spin. It's also somewhat old fashioned, but it's a nice fast-paced tower defense game. Kanpani is nice too, though turn-based is not really my thing.

Even for whales, their consensus is that the amount of shekels required to get just one illuminarize isn't worth their money, not to mention you can already get a monthly spectra pick box so even the gache itself isn't worth their money either. I simply think they just wanna test how far whales will go with the gacha, and if its not rolling in the cash they will rollback and lower the costs.

So far nobody has an illuminarized sapphire even if on the top 50 region.

You can literally only acquire 60 of the waters right now unless I'm missing something, and that requires spending ~700 burgers.
10 from the two trial quests, 50 from 25 rolls in the current gacha, so unless things change before then you won't be able to see any until 6 weeks from now.

I'm a free to play player and I have almost 200 flasks saved up. Just don't use them unless you need to for the arena or event ranking quests. I'm glad the requirements are high.

Actually the game got increasingly better over time to the point it got 1st place on the DMM rankings twice on popularity, and the playerbase further increased. Its just that the current illuminarize is causing a lot of backlash due to requirements, and giving out 2 flasks for every whale roll certainly made things worse. They should fire whoever is in charge of marketing.

The PVP meta is still laughably bad. Gacha is still mostly a joke too.

But ranking events are substantially better than they were when they first came out, and there’s no shortage of evo items, gifts, and freebies like in the first few months.

As a waifu collection, it’s still pretty good. But endgame grinding everyone to gold 40 is still suffering and/or whale territory.
