Although Ikabey has some nods to Kajiri, there are no explicit references, at all. The most obvious nod is, probably, the scene with the rosary in the end (I think it was the last scene in Ikabey? Don't have it installed right now so can't check), but it's not something that doesn't have a meaning by itself.

I don't know if Steiner is trying to do damage control, but no one said that it would spoil KKK, but rather that it would have more of an impact if you read it before hand. Almost similar to KKK and Dies Irae. At its core Ikabey is a continuation and conclusion of Wilhelm's character arc, which to no surprise, KKK had the greatest importance to.

There's no line that states or implies that. Muzan says that his hand recovered on its own — but nothing about how it was damaged. And according to Reinhard, before Ren stopped time, Muzan and Hajun actually fought, Reinhard says that Metsujin Messou activated, which is probably what destroyed Muzan's hand.
If for some reason you want to believe some speculation (I honestly have no idea where this theory came from) rather than the actual narration, well, then it's up to you to decide what happened.

Beatrice's sword is a family heirloom, Eleonore's Schwerer Gustav and Schrieber's Zündapp were presumably regular tools that the two used during their days as mortals, and Kei received her sword long after Mercurius and Reinhard departed. I suppose it could've all been arranged by Mercurius but I doubt he would care enough for that.

Speaking purely about the voiced lines, it's decent. It has a couple of questionable translations, but I'd say generally it's fine. I don't have enough time to dig up the original script and compare the narration, maybe someone else would be willing to do so.

Uhhhh, I don't really have much time but I'm going to have to be honest, I'm probably not going to like a lot of the translation since I'm a literal autist who learned a language to read porn games. My biggest gripe with the translation from the original Dies, from the parts that I saw, was how the translators tried too hard to make the script more grandiose in a way which bothered me but you could put that on once again, my autism. Also, using profanity as a way to translate crass speech. But that's my personal autism at work, and i'm probably not the intended audience.
Also, kinda disappointing that they gave up on ruby texts.
Kiss in the Dark = 闇の贈物　The same ruby text which accompanies Wilhelm's Qlithopth Backial, which was what he was referring to when he said that he had something with the same name as the cocktail in his soul. That's not something that would got picked up in the translation.

What he's saying is that she's good woman in the sense that she has piqued his interest hence why he agreed to do her interview
What they translated it to was that she's a fine piece of ass
They both fundamentally mean the same thing, but the tone is clearly different. I suppose the translator felt the need to overcompensate with Wilhelm's lines in order to convey his colloquial Japanese. Like I said, it's something that would probably bother a JOP but I doubt EOPs care about that type of stuff.
