I haven't even begun to read it all yet, but I know that key to success is to make a dream journal and as soon as you wake up, write down every little detail of the current dream you had and try to remember each of them.
Works so far in making my dreams much more vivid, acompanied by lucid dream music or guided sleep meditations.

Can be dangerous as I think it's basically similar to how people develop imaginary friends and skitzophrenia. Only difference is that you create it by will by effectively putting yourself into a trance. That also doesn't mean it won't run off and become a proper "mental illness" afterwards and become some abomination (heard of them turning into eldritch abominations and making the user mad).

>> No.20736635

>>20736541
>Tell me about how was the start for you
When you start you will probably not remember them at all or very little, if you think about it without writing a journal you normally remember then for about 5 minutes after you wake up (or at least that's how it was for me and some of my friends) the thing about writing in your journal is that you also "train" your brain to remember the dreams, you subconsciously make them an important part of your day so as the time passes you will remember them even more, from when I started my journal I have many entries like this:
>"went to bed at 00:00"
>I don't recall anything
but even if you don't have anything to write about just do that as I said before that makes your brain pay more attention to them and that will help you down the line, as for how I started by making entries like the one you just saw, before going to bed I would write (let's use today for example)
>Tuesday 01/29/19
>"Went to bed at 00:00"
>I dreamt that...
then on the morning I would write about my dream (or just write that I had no recall)
>Were there any days that despite of writing a journal you had no clear view of your dream?
yes, many times
sometimes even if you write something down you will still not have a clear view of your dream, for example one of my more recent entries is about how I remember talking to reimu, however I don't remember what we talked about or where, but there are also other times when I don't remember much when I wake up but as I'm writing it all comes back to me.

Thats a good idea to write down the hour when going to bed, but thing is I also have problems with falling asleep so I use stuff like this and I'd like to hear your take on it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsB_TnQfCxA
As for these guys, they do have sleep meditations for lucid dreaming but I don't think I'm ready for that yet since I got to stabilize my dreams first.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPsq52N8aCI
As for this one, there is the general 432hz music that allows one to fall asleep quicker, but I'd need to research some more about all of those frequencies, any ideas?

>> No.20736881

>>20736779
Well I haven't used binaural and guided meditation myself, but some of my friends recommend it and say they it worked for them.
I don't think there is a problem in listening to this when you try to sleep as I usually listen to music (from all ranges rock and metal to soothing piano and classical) when I go to bed and I have lucid dreams even then (it's actually quite weird one time I had a false awakening (you dream that you just woke up) so I took off my earphones and the music was still playing so I was like holy shit I'm dreaming)

>As you were writing down your dreams did they have any consistency, as in when you already started to lucid dream did you have a continuation from previous dream to current one?
sometimes they do sometimes they don't, I don't like to force thing too much so I normally get myself into gensokyo an then let the dream develop naturally while remaining lucid, I guess that if I wanted I could have an on going story between dreams, after all when you get lucid you are literallya god, I could just imagine/remember where my last dream ended and with a snap from my finger continue from there.
>but I'd slap someone if I were just about to touch the fluffy tail but instead some asshole wakes me up with

I've dreamt about your wife many a time.

Today I played a ZUN-made JoJo's wrestling game, depending on how you did you'd get a rank where ZUN would commend you and compare you to something or another, in my case some old Japanese superhero. A fight in a ring between Jotaro and maybe Dio? and another dude, Jotaro stopped time and even though Dio slightly resisted he stapled their ears together. After stopped time Dio tried to destroy the staple with his stand but slashed himself, apparently since taking on a wrestling name and persona(Bane) meant his stand could damage himself.
