Someone please tell me how to reach 90k+ power on a girl in Tokyo Necro. I've got a 5* fully unlocked with all her equips are at max level but she only clocks at 74k. Not all her equips are 5*s but I feel like it shouldn't cause a 16k+ difference. Is it 5* equip quality or something?

I've leveled all the subweapons. A couple of them are a different weapon type but they add more power than the 3* same weapon types I could replace them with. I checked how skills affect power by leveling the skill of a 4* in the grid from lvl 4 to 5 but it didn't have any effect. There was an item in the shop that increased quality for 5* weapons last week so I was thinking older players have used more of them.

They've already been doing this, but in reverse. The runners-up so far have gotten new versions outside the contest, even Edelweiss being the first event girl to get an alt is because she placed 8th in Blossom Hill's contest. All ranking does is guaranteeing that new version in addition to new skin and items.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Anemone removed, but if anything, the better idea is to have a ranking for characters that only had one version so far (with guaranteed new version to top place). They are the real underdogs.

Anemone getting into top 3 is the best part of popularity contests though.

Besides, pro-Anemone and anti-Anemone campaigns are part of the fun in the popularity contest now. And this is unique to her, many other winners dropped like a rocks in subsequent contests so there's no reason to think that top 3 will be predetermined. Well, here's a 4* event run, though it hinges on Linaria being Makai-immune. I think 3* should be easy if you start with Totono (or Themis to kill that single dark elemental and retreat immediately), bring Anna for extra CR to Prince, and use Sarah for easy boar tanking/Shino for ganking either dark elemental rush. Your lack of strong ranged slot DPS might be a problem though.

Regular skill Sylvia is also better than SAW for this map, if you have it (when are we getting the free skill swap again?)

I don't think my 4* run is even viable anymore, I think it relied on retreating Dahlia + Clissa for UP and the former got nerfed since then. Thetys and Totono should still be good for 3*, though.

Lily Wood has shared duties between a queen and a senate, Cocklebur is the sixth princess of its royal family and apparently wants to revolutionize it because they're all old-fashioned. Their senate has a few characters (Fritillary and Tarragon) teased too, so there may be an event focusing on them in the future.

Banana Ocean has a king and queen (there was some speculation about the queen being dead, but world guide apparently confirms her alive) and Casablanca is in the line of succession, but we recently got Tithonia who's another Banana royal descending from a former "Solfelice Kingdom". Again, there may be more details once her sister and family heir Helianthus is implemented.

Though one of FKG's weak points is that story takes 20 years to move along, so it may be a while before these questions are answered. Incidentally, it has now been exactly 1200 days since Phlox was first mentioned in the game, and we still haven't seen the poor girl.

Yeah, SDM effect is creeping in. Old established factions are still on the rise while new additions can't get enough traction because they don't have enough fanwork/their character traits don't stand out compared to the old guard (Clover and Barrenwort compared to Lavender and Convallaria, Tritonia's squad compared to Acacia's, the ultimate quartet of Flowering Peach/Viola/Daisy/Nerine that defined the game compared to follow-up lolis who remain popular but not overwhelmingly so). Old characters are revisited via bloom art/new versions too, so they aren't forgotten in favor of the greenhorns.

There are still a few strong names, though. Barley, Wheat, Sedum, Rainbow Rose and all of yuui's new girls made a huge splash and have a good shot at winning the newcomer rankings, I'll be rooting for Barley for obvious reasons. Given that all the popular girls are on the higher side of the hopes and dreams scale, it seems 2019 may be the year FKG throws off the yoke of lolicon pandering and becomes the busty onee-san game it was always meant to be.

The new kamihime event is just so bad. The idea is good but execution is just so bad.
The limited HP doesn't matter at all because you can just nuke all enemies with attack spells in every battle never giving them a chance to do any damage to you so you're always at full HP. This means you can't just auto attack though and you have to manually use those nukes in every battle. Enemy strength doesn't raise almost at all so it's possible to do endless runs trivially it just takes hours. The is no strategy or thinking just endless grind. The worst part is that the rewards are amazing so even though I hate this event so much and really don't want to do this I feel forced to even though it's so atrocious.

With Tsubaki, Sasanqua, Wabisuke and Tea, there are four of them already, and the closely related Stewartia is called natsutsubaki too (which is why she's Camellia's rival). Yeah, this raid event is pretty tough. I've joined more extras that failed than succeeded. You need to pick the ones that looks it'll be a good run i.e. very hard raids with 7 or more people in it already but have more or less started. Tokyo Necro raids look really character dependent. I imagine people without the new 5*, Sophie, or the 5* fan kimono girl will have a lot of trouble. Mia is my favorite girl and was my first full unlock but she isn't that good for raids. Most of the time, I'm better off bringing a lvl 5 5* with a 2 turn initial skill timer reduction if I wind up in one of the more competitive groups.

That's who I have and was complaining about. She's never close enough so her first turn is wasted trying to get close since she has baseline 3 movement. I've been stacking event weapons on her for subs but they don't give any defense, which would make sense for that weapon class, so she can't tank anything past Hard. Almost always dies the turn her skill goes up.
Despite better judgement, I even wasted a bunch on the weapon pickup gacha trying to get her motif. No, I did not get it. I got the 5* uzi instead. Rateup is a lie as always
I could possibly +20 her, but I think I'd rather save cubes for a limited 5-star.

Something about the boss mannerism pisses me off too. Counters every other attack unless they're behind someone and the rear part has too much HP and trying to break it to stop the counter attacks means everyone is scattered and more likely to get countered. Or how cooldown state disappears in an instant if someone else hits it too hard.

At least the weapon mats are plentiful.

She's quite strong but yeah she does waste those turns. I dunno how different our girls are but mine can survive pretty well except when the boss is in heat up mode which is why I join more populated raids. Try bringing a girl or two with initial skill timer reduc, aka the anti 01 raid set up. Def doesn't seem straightforward in this game I think unless I'm missing something. My fan girl has higher def than my Sophie but she takes a bit more damage. Doesn't seem to be because of type advantage or anything. Might be weapon damage type, I dunno.

My Mia in comparison. I was regretting fully unlocking fan girl until the jp wiki put a guide on how to do normal raids. I had been planning to level the red smg but there was a comment on her page calling her a "weak loser" so I leveled fan girl instead but ended up having a lot of trouble using her. But when they how to own the 03 raid with Sophie and 2 timer reducs, I used the same set up with fan girl and was really good for the 01 raid. For the event, I use Sophie, fan girl, and red smg and I can make a run for 1st-3rd place if I come if pretty early and there aren't many using the new 5*.

Both routes seem viable to me. Sky god Kuruma with normal skill has really good synergy. She can paralyze a group and lower their def by 60%. while they are down. She can turn deadly situations trivial. Skill aw Kuruma would be better as Tenma bc that skill is damage focused and she can cloak allies for 25 seconds. Overall i think Tenma wins because she can use her skill aw to spawn camp AND deal lots of damage and can also be used to support your main formation as a cloaking device while normal skill sky god could have her paralyze bounce off an immune boss and be rendered almost useless.

I don't think it alters paralyze duration, since she's already a sitting duck for 3 seconds with her normal skill. I found her cloaking range to be adequate for most purposes, so I'm running SAW for the extra duration and supplemental DPS, and will go Tenma to help with these. But I can see how the other route would be better for different setups.

Take my opinion for what it's worth, but with free SAW swapping coming sooner or later, I'd be keen on keeping your options open as much as possible. Assuming there weren't any stealth changes made during the maintenance, Tenma would actually be pretty detrimental to a Kurama using her base skill, due to the extra time spent idling during each use. Sky God, on the other hand, meshes well with either skill -- as another anon pointed out in his post >>20703086, the biggest drawback of Kurama's SAW was the loss of range. Recovering that advantage could easily prove just as valuable as +5 seconds of uptime.

Asherah is a top-tier early deploy that can carry you through most of the game, archers are a core class and unlike other old classes have no competition in their anti-air niche. Some endgame bosses (Phenex, second form Glasya-Labolas, the Fengshen Yanyi crowd) are flying and she's invaluable against these, while her assassination is situationally good in 4* maps and against vulnerable enemy types like demon flies, dominions, desert avengers, mermen and trolls. Her multi-target SAW is applicable to every majin, and while she's not as much of a single-target specialist as Nanaly and Rion, her ability to take out small fry alongside the main boss is great in majin maps that have lots of bulky enemies (which is all of them).

Ema is a fire-and-forget paralysis machine that self-sustains and can duel a lot of midbosses/bosses with no healer support, and one of her AW2 paths makes her healable for even greater survivability. Her tokens are HP bags that make great stallers and lightning rods (ranged enemies target the last unit placed in their range in Aigis, so you can drop a token near them and they'll attack it instead of your squishier units), you can also use them to pick off frail but dangerous enemies like goblin archers before they draw close. The tokens get paralyze too, and her normal skill gives her 3-block for even more paralysis, so she's great for mowing down crowds as well. Paralysis immunity is rare in Aigis and only some superbosses have it, so you can really go hog wild with this.

Alice is a very bulky earlygame unit that only gets bulkier and stronger as time goes on, she doesn't break the game in half like other blacks but she's a respectable unit with a solid, easy-to-understand kit. Kuuko is expensive to deploy and needs UP support but is more than worth it due to her colossal statline, and despite her defensive nature, she's better used for offense due to her strong and long-lasting regular skill (you can find defense bonuses elsewhere, but you can never have enough DPS units). Jessica is an offense-focused mage armor that can lob fireballs like they're going out of style during her skill, but she does pretty much nothing when not using it, isn't a godly tank like her counterpart Palfy, and overall comes off as an average DPS unit at best. Zilva belongs to a busted class, and while not as outrageously broken as Clarice, her elementals hit hard and have insane synergy with dancers, she's also a good choice to raise early on because she's three units for the price of one.

All in all that's some insanely good luck, congrats. All you need is a strong healer (Rinne is recommended) and you're set.

Using SCs. Item collections were always the worst events in Aigis, the upside is that they usually give the best units. But tengu aren't really early deploys so getting 300 feathers is enough, you can mincost when the revival arrives two years later.

Anyway, these dumb events have always been a way for the devs to cash in on whale spending for refills. Don't worry about it. You can reasonably hit -3 cost in these with no problem on natural stamina, so just aim for that and keep at it. If you want to go lower, just wait for the revival like the other anon said. Copies are cheap now. They used to be stupid expensive.
