You probably don't as I've seen it online for around $50USD and it was 89.99 in store. Anyway I forget the name exactly (Game Buzz maybe?) but it's this gaming store inside the mall on St. Catherine's I think. It's near the food court beside a pen store. They have a bunch of boring FF7 figures as well.

Toronto has a bunch no doubt. Montreal also has this pretty okay game store on St. Catherines that has figures.

I'm also in Ottawa and I'm not sure who would sell /jp/ figures. The Comic Book Shop and Silver Snail (both on Bank) have figures but they are mostly western comic ones. I think I saw street fighter ones once and the comic book shop sells manga and anime DVDs so maybe they have other figures now.
